Odaily星球日报讯 Solana 政策研究院表示 Tornado Cash 开发者 Roman Storm 的刑事案件“并非孤立纠纷”，并呼吁美国立法机构为软件开发者建立更明确的法律保护框架。该机构指出，相关案件已成为检验美国是否仍支持开放式创新的关键节点，尽管案件尚未被撤销，但在量刑尚未作出前，仍存在希望，并称该案是当前美国加密生态面临的“最大监管乃至刑事不确定性”。（The Block）
