PANews 1月19日消息，据CoinDesk报道，比特币财库公司Strive的永续优先股（SATA）于上周五首次达到每股100美元的面值，这一水平使其能够出售更多股票来筹集资金，进一步购买比特币。该股票提供12%的股息率，实际收益率为12.2%。Strive目前资产负债表上持有12,797枚比特币，其普通股股价为0.94美元。
SATA结构与另一比特币储备公司Strategy的同类产品Stretch（STRC）类似，交易价格高于面值意味着公司可通过按市价（ATM）发行渠道募集现金以增加比特币持仓。STRC已于本月初达到面值，上周交易额达7.55亿美元，其中5.82亿美元交易发生在面值之上，为迄今单周最高。
