去年10月6日，比特币未平仓合约曾达到超过150亿美元的历史峰值。当前，在价格上涨伴随未平仓合约下降的情况下，通常意味着杠杆空头头寸正在被平仓或清算，这种“空头挤压”局面可能利好比特币，因价格上涨更多由现货买盘驱动而非过度杠杆。不过，衍生品提供商Greeks Live指出，衍生品市场尚未进入结构性的看涨阶段，当前的交易结构更像是对价格突然上涨的被动反应。
