Odaily星球日报讯 多位行业高管表示，随着市场环境转弱，数字资产金库公司（DAT）在迈入 2026 年时面临严峻考验，业内或将出现大规模出清。MoreMarkets 联合创始人兼 CEO Altan Tutar 指出，2025 年大量 DAT 公司涌现，为华尔街投资者提供加密资产敞口，但在市场回调后，许多公司的股价已显著回落，整体前景趋于黯淡。Tutar 认为，随着竞争加剧，大部分加密金库公司难以维持，其中特别是以山寨币为核心的金库，可能最先退出市场，因其市值难以长期高于所持加密资产净值（mNAV）。他同时表示，即便是围绕以太坊、Solana 或 XRP 等主流资产建立的金库，也可能在随后面临类似压力。Solv Protocol 联合创始人 Ryan Chow 补充称，2025 年持有比特币的上市或类上市公司数量大幅增加，但“单纯持有比特币并非可持续增长模式”，缺乏收益管理能力的公司或难以熬过下一轮下行周期。他指出，能存活下来的金库公司，往往将加密资产视为可产生收益和流动性的数字资本，而非单一的价值储藏工具。此外，First Digital CEO Vincent Chok 表示，加密 ETF 正成为 DAT 的重要竞争对手，因其能为投资者提供更合规、透明的价格敞口。他认为，加密金库模式若要持续发展，需要更深度地对接传统金融基础设施，在合规、审计和资产管理层面接近 ETF 标准。（Cointelegraph）
