Techub News 消息，据 DL News 报道，英国金融行为监管局（FCA）在致首相 Keir Starmer 的说明中表示，与美元、英镑等法定货币挂钩的稳定币将成为未来重点监管对象之一，此举被纳入英国促进经济增长的更广泛议程，包括金融服务数字化、提升国际贸易竞争力以及扩大对小微企业的贷款服务等。FCA 首席执行官 Nikhil Rathi 写道，FCA 计划于 2026 年「敲定数字资产规则，并推进英国发行的英镑稳定币取得进展」，并通过监管沙盒等工具支持相关创新。
Rathi 表示，FCA 将在支持经济增长方面「继续勇于承担更大风险」，同时坚持保护消费者和维护市场诚信；除推动更多人工智能应用场景外，FCA 也将优先推动传统资产上链与基金代币化，以提升英国资产管理行业效率和国际竞争力。
