美国证券交易委员会（SEC）正在审议批准在贝莱德比特币ETF（IBIT）上推出FLEX股票期权的申请。根据12月2日提交的文件，BOX交易所请求修改规则，以允许交易FLEX IBIT期权，并寻求SEC豁免30天实施延迟期，以保障投资者利益和交易所公平竞争。纳斯达克PHLX和纳斯达克ISE也提交了类似提案，其中纳斯达克ISE已成为首家获准在IBIT上市期权的交易所。

FLEX IBIT期权的推出旨在帮助市场参与者更有效管理贝莱德比特币ETF波动性风险，同时提高流动性并降低交易对手信用风险。此外，贝莱德正在等待iShares比特币高级收益ETF（ETHA）的批准，该基金将为投资者提供比特币相关策略的收益，与仅追踪比特币现货价格的IBIT不同，注重收益的投资者可通过该ETF获得更稳定回报。SEC预计将在2026年第一季度决定IBIT和ETHA的期权及ETF上市。

市场方面，比特币在过去24小时内上涨近8%，现交易价格约为93,243美元，最低价86,404美元，最高价93,542美元，成交量同比反弹10%。此次价格反弹受到多重因素推动，包括先锋集团上线贝莱德比特币ETF及其他加密基金、美联储量化紧缩结束后的流动性注入，以及市场对12月降息可能性的预期上升。

衍生品市场活跃度亦明显增加。CoinGlass数据显示，过去24小时内比特币期货未平仓合约总量上涨6%，CME和主流交易所的4小时比特币期货未平仓合约量分别上涨超过1.8%和2.77%。FLEX期权若获批，将进一步丰富ETF衍生品工具，提升机构投资者风险管理能力，并可能对市场流动性产生正向影响。
