StrategyTracker 數據顯示，Metaplanet 的僅計算基本流通股的 mNAV 於今日首度跌破 1，降至 0.99 (現已略為回升至 1.05)，代表公司總市值已低於其比特幣資產價值。

目前公司持有 30,823 枚 BTC (約 35 億美元)，但股價自今年 6 月中以來暴跌 75%，從每股 1,895 日圓跌至 482 日圓。mNAV 也從去年 7 月的高點 21.12 暴跌至如今的低點，反映投資人對其營運結構與模式的信心下滑。

緊急止血：暫停新股認購權行使
幾天前，Metaplanet 也發布公告，將自 10 月 20 日至 11 月 17 日暫停行使第 20 至 22 回新股認購權 (Stock Acquisition Rights)，短期暫停增發新股所造成的現有股東持股稀釋。
這些權利最初於 6 月 23 日發行並分配給關係人基金 EVO FUND，讓公司能透過增資發股籌資購買比特幣。截至目前，仍有以下權利未行使：
第 20 回：284,400 份，對應 2,844 萬股
第 21、22 回：各 1,850,000 份，各對應 1.85 億股
Metaplanet 強調，此舉是基於市場條件變化與資本管理策略調整，目的在於提升長期價值與股東信任。
mNAV：揭露比特幣財政公司的真實估值結構
mNAV 作為目前股價和其擁有加密資產的價值比，一直都是投資人用來評估加密儲備企業市值與股價的溢折價指標，同時也是加密市場的對這類公司買不買單的風向球。
一旦數值高於 1，代表公司有餘力能發新股持續累積加密資產；反之跌破 1，則擴張難度將會升級。
