伊朗與以色列的皆擁有核武器的情況下，大眾十分擔心若戰況持續延燒，或演變為核子戰爭。美國科學家聯盟整理了各國擁有核能兵器的情況，俄羅斯以擁有 7300 枚核彈頭居世界之冠，美國以 6970 枚居次。法國擁有 400 枚核彈頭，英國擁有 215 枚，與台灣最相關的中國則擁有 260 枚。

同樣針鋒相對的印度與巴基斯坦皆擁有一百出頭枚核彈頭，本次戰爭主角以色列擁有 80 枚核彈頭。北韓實際上擁有的核彈頭數量不到十枚。

該圖片中還有一個神秘角色「JEFF」，與北韓一樣擁有不到十枚核彈頭。JEFF 到底是誰？世界上沒有一個國家叫做 JEFF。該實體代表一個自然人抑或是一個組織丶團體。這個玩笑在網路上引起熱議，經濟學家 Peter St Ong 也在推特上轉發該圖片，並寫道：「JEFF 到底是誰？」

關於最神秘的核彈頭持有人 JEFF 身份，TESLA 創辦人 Elon Musk 也回覆道：「我的朋友。」留言區裡也集結了各個「JEFF」表示：「我可以確認，我目前的核武庫少於 10 枚彈頭。」許多幣圈人也紛紛表示：「Hyperliquid.」將這個有趣的玩笑與 Hyperliquid 創辦人 Jeff Yan 連結。

不過 JEFF 應是 the Joint Evaluated Fission and Fusion File，裂變與聚變聯合評估組織的英文縮寫，這是一個生產核數據的國際合作組織。
