Golden Finance reported that the White House raised its forecast for the US economy subir and inflation in 2024, while continuing to expect massive budget deficits in the coming years. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) now expects US fourth-quarter GDP to subir by 1.9% year-on-year, up from its March forecast of 1.3%. The CPI also increased from the previous forecast of 2.5% to 3.1%. The Biden administration released these forecasts on Friday in what OMB calls a mid-term budget review.
