PANews 30. November – Laut Catenaa hat das britische Serious Fraud Office (SFO) eine Untersuchung gegen das Krypto Vermögenswerte-Programm Basis Markets eingeleitet. Basis Markets hat Ende 2021 durch den Verkauf von NFT und einem Krypto-Verschlüsselungsfonds etwa 28 Millionen Dollar gesammelt. Das SFO hat mit Unterstützung der Londoner Metropolitan Police und der West Yorkshire Police zwei Männer im Alter von über 30 und 40 Jahren festgenommen, die verdächtigt werden, mehrere Betrugs- und Geldwäscherei-Vergehen begangen zu haben. Die Ermittler rufen informierte Investoren auf, Informationen zur Unterstützung der Untersuchung bereitzustellen.
