3.13 Early Morning Bitcoin Analysis
From the 4-hour Bollinger Bands perspective, the price has touched the upper band multiple times followed by pullbacks, indicating significant resistance above. The middle band trend is relatively flat, and the current market shows no obvious bullish momentum.
At the same time, the Bollinger Bands are gradually narrowing, which often leads to false breakout scenarios. If the price rebounds to the area between the middle and upper bands, it would be more suitable to look for shorting opportunities.
Trading Strategy:
Consider shorting in the 71800—72500 range
Target first around 69000.
