daily brunch is 5 eggs (whites only) and 180g of air-fried potatoes
a protein bar as an afternoon snack
and then literally anything i want for dinner (even fast food)
started eating cleaner since january because i noticed a double chin forming and that CANNOT happen.

there should be a tool that tracks how many times a ticker gets mentioned on x
not just by influencers but by actual accounts
tho will be hard to filter who are just bots/fake "raider" accounts
think winners rn are $tripleT and $neet
or maybe this is impossible

i stopped using x ever since the fyp got filled with nba highlights, celebrity updates, goonbait, vagueposting and a whole lot of ads.
so the only alternative is to have absolutely polished twitter lists of your niche (tradfi/ct/ai)
or else you're just doomscrolling buddy

I have a lot to learn but I am of the party that perps are 100% the next evolution of the game we play. It just makes sense.
Ive been spending most of my time learning about AMT (Auction Market Theory). I joined this guy's paid group (goat @bagsheera and @Indes_alt for always answering my questions)
Especially with the rise of tokenized equities/commodities, why do i need to buy some random coin if i can make money longing TSLA on some news? (though i will contune paying attnetion to onchain somehow as there will be random moonshots you can not get anywhere else. but spending all your time on

never really died
