About methods of emotional control: No matter what happens, don't get angry. Getting angry is just exhausting yourself. Who is right or wrong, who has more or less, who wins or loses—none of it matters. Nothing is more important than your health. Also, don't forget all the good things about the other person in that moment of emotional outburst. Adults need to learn how to control their emotions. When you learn not to fuss over right or wrong, winning or losing, your inner world will naturally become smooth.
