There are two types of people who are most easily awakened: one is those with deep karma, who can achieve enlightenment and awakening with just a single opportunity because they have accumulated many good causes in their daily lives, making success inevitable. The second type is those who have experienced suffering. Most of us fall into the second category. In this world, too many people cannot be awakened; they can only be painfully awakened. A person's cognition and awakening do not happen during peaceful times; without experiencing the harshness of society, the cruelty of reality, the hardships of making money, the heartbreak of love, the treachery of human nature, it is very difficult for the human heart to grow. Therefore, it is hard for people to grow and awaken. Every awakening is a rebirth, a lighthouse lit in the long river of time, guiding us to sail towards truly valuable directions amid the complex sea of life.
