Morgan Stanley filed an updated S-1 with the SEC, naming Coinbase and BNY Mellon as custodians for its Spot Bitcoin ETF.
Key Details:
→ $BTC held directly in cold storage, no derivatives
→ BNY Mellon also serving as fund administrator
→ ETF to list on NYSE Arca
→ SEC approval still pending
Morgan Stanley is also building in-house Bitcoin custody, trading and lending services. A separate Solana ETF filing is also in progress.
