Odaily Planet Daily News According to data from the Stand With Crypto organization, the encryption policy position may determine the outcome of the 2025 New Jersey gubernatorial election. The organization has about 62,000 registered members in New Jersey, while the margin of victory in the 2021 gubernatorial election was only 84,000 votes.
The latest poll shows:
63% of members tend to support pro-encryption candidates
17% of members refuse to vote for candidates against encryption policies
Current Governor Murphy cannot run for re-election due to term limits, and the primary election in June will determine the final candidate. Although the members overall lean towards the Republican Party, 45% of the members of the organization indicate that their voting intentions may still change. (Cointelegraph)
