Gate to Delist and Buy Back NADA Protocol Token (NADA)

According to the latest official announcement from the NADA Protocol Token (NADA) project team, NADA will undergo a 1:1 swap. Following this announcement, Gate made extensive efforts to facilitate the swap for our users. However, after multiple discussions with the project team, we regret to inform you that they decided not to support token swaps for Gate users. Consequently, Gate has decided to delist all NADA Protocol Token (NADA) trading markets, including the NADA/USDT spot trading pair, quant grid trading, Simple Earn, and margin trading. We will hold the NADA team accountable for the losses caused to Gate and our users due to their breach of contract and other regulatory violations. To protect user interests, Gate will provide a 100% buyback service for NADA tokens.

Details:

1. Gate has closed the deposit and trading services for NADA Protocol Token (NADA).
2. Gate has disabled new margin borrowing and crypto loan services for NADA Protocol Token (NADA).
3. Gate will delist NADA Protocol Token (NADA) from the trading market, including the NADA_USDT spot trading pair, quant grid trading, Simple Earn, and margin trading.
4. Ongoing quant grid trading strategies involving NADA will be automatically terminated following this announcement.
5. Assets in Simple Earn will be automatically liquidated after this announcement.
6. Users with outstanding NADA Protocol Token (NADA) loans in the margin trading market will have their balances automatically settled and repaid after the announcement.
7. Users who do not wish to participate in the buyback after delisting are advised to withdraw your NADA Protocol Token (NADA) as soon as possible to avoid potential losses.
8. Users should submit the 100% buyback application form by December 6, 2024, 16:00 UTC. All NADA tokens in accounts will be converted to USDT at its 30-day average price before delisting.
