Golden Finance reports, April 24 — As the ongoing war between the U.S. and Israel against Iran continues, there is clearly no unified approach within the Trump administration on how to proceed. Andrea Dressi, Assistant Professor of International Relations and Global Politics at the University of Rome, stated: “We see the U.S. goals constantly shifting, strategies continually changing, and objectives being adjusted. Although the Trump administration attempts to ‘show strength’ through social media, in reality, we observe increasing divisions within the U.S. government, more and more disagreements, and the dismissal of several senior officials from the Pentagon and the Department of Defense. All of this reinforces an analysis that the U.S. and Israel launched this war based on ‘a serious misjudgment or lack of strategic thinking regarding the potential consequences of this conflict.’ Therefore, we are now stuck in a deadlock, and in a sense, Trump is seeking a way out.” (Jin10)
