The Chinese Academy of Sciences launches the next-generation open-source chip and system development

Golden Finance reports that on March 26, during the Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference—RISC-V Ecosystem Technology Forum, the Chinese Academy of Sciences officially announced a series of major achievements in RISC-V key technology breakthroughs, industrial collaboration and innovation, and talent development. They unveiled the “Xiangshan” open-source processor and the “Ruyi” native operating system as two major results, and officially launched joint development of the next-generation chips and operating systems.
