Tether is building an AI platform called QVAC that runs on the users' own hardware.
According to Wu, Delphi Digital research indicates that Tether is building an AI platform called QVAC that runs on users’ own hardware. It offers a modular SDK that allows developers to create AI micro-modules, which connect and collaborate over a peer-to-peer encrypted network without the need for centralized servers or API keys. QVAC Fabric has added support for Microsoft’s BitNet architecture. Additionally, Tether is developing multiple applications on QVAC, such as Translate, which supports offline transcription and translation of text, audio, and images; Health, which uses AI agents on devices to locally track health data; and Keet, which is integrating QVAC AI to enable on-device conversational features.
