CZ further clarifies: Giggle Academy is a free education platform, and burning half of the donation is to express gratitude to the community.
On November 4th, CZ posted that the "Giggle Fund Token smart contracts (designed by the community) will directly donate BNB to the public donation Address of Giggle Academy. CEX proposed to donate its trading fees in the form of Giggle Fund Token. Giggle Academy will burn half of the received Tokens and convert the other half into BNB. Some people raised the question: “How can you destroy the donations you received?” In this arrangement, the transactions and funds only involve two parties (the donating CEX and the receiving Giggle Academy). Please note that the trading fees belong to CEX; Giggle Academy wants to express gratitude to the community through this. In fact, it would be simpler if CEX were to handle the “burning” and “conversion” operations themselves and then send only the remaining amount in BNB to Giggle Academy.
