Rubio: Israel's attack did not violate the ceasefire protocol.

On October 27, Jin10 reported that U.S. Secretary of State Rubio stated on Monday that the airstrikes carried out by the Israeli military in the Gaza Strip last Saturday did not violate the U.S.-mediated ceasefire agreement. Rubio stated, “Israel has not abandoned its right to defend itself.” Rubio had just visited a new command center established by the U.S. in southern Israel, aimed at assisting in the implementation of the peace agreement. He emphasized, “The ceasefire agreement is based on mutual obligations of both parties.” Rubio said, “We do not believe this violates the ceasefire agreement. If Israel faces an imminent threat, they have that right, and all mediators agree on this.”
