Bitcoin miner Bitfarms has increased the issuance size of its convertible preferred notes to $500 million.

[Bitcoin miner Bitfarms raises the issuance scale of its convertible preferred notes to $500 million] Bitcoin miner Bitfarms Ltd. (stock code BITF) announced that it has set the issuance pricing for its convertible preferred notes, which are due in 2031, with a total principal amount of $500 million and a coupon interest rate of 1.375%. At the same time, Bitfarms grants the initial purchasers of the convertible notes an option to purchase up to an additional $88 million in principal amount of convertible notes within 13 days from (and including) the first issuance date of the convertible notes. The scale of this issuance has been raised from the previously announced $300 million. Subject to customary closing conditions, this issuance is expected to close around October 21, 2025.
