Russia's Savings Bank, TBank, and Tochka Bank join the digital ruble pilot

Golden Finance reported that Sberbank, TBank, and Tochka Bank of the Russian Federation have become participants in the pilot program for transactions using digital rubles. Previously, a total of 12 financial institutions participated in the pilot program: Alfa-Bank, DOM.RF Bank, Ingosstrakh Bank, VTB, Gazprombank, Ak Bars Bank, MTS Bank, Promsvyazbank, Sovcombank, Sinara Bank, and TKB.

Jinse Finance reported that Expobank issued 1 million rubles of DFA (digital bonds) on the Atomyze platform. Each CFA proves its owner's monetary claim on the issuer by analogy with a "digital bond" with a turnaround time of 7 days. Expobank stated that after successfully testing the DFA pilot offering, they intend to tokenize other types of assets. Currently, in addition to Atomyze, Lighthouse, Sberbank, Alfa-bank and Masterchain all have licenses to issue CFA in the Russian Federation.
