STARTUPS | a16z Crypto Startup Accelerator (CSX) to Kick Off With 25 Startups from All Over the World But Africa

a16z’s Crypto Startup Accelerator (CSX) Spring 2024 program is set to kick off this week in London, marking the beginning of an intensive 10-week journey for 25 promising early-stage startups in the crypto space, the company said in a blog post.

The startups were selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants spanning the globe, and represents a diverse array of visionary founders hailing from eight different countries, including:

• Israel
• Japan
• Poland
• Romania
• Switzerland
• United Arab Emirates
• the United Kingdom
• United States

The accelerator, which in the past has had the likes of Afriex and wallets.africa did not include any African projects in its current iteration.

The CSX Spring 2024 program is designed to provide founders with invaluable guidance, resources, and mentorship from the a16z crypto team.

“Through collaborative learning and strategic support, participants will accelerate their path to achieving product-market fit, positioning themselves for sustained growth and success in the ever-evolving crypto landscape.”

The 25 startups encompass a variety of sectors, providing an indicator into the hottest areas in blockchain and crypto lately:
