PANews reported on March 18th that MANTRA, a Layer1 blockchain focusing on RWA assets, stated in its official blog that the sybil investigation results showed that out of 217,351 Wallets, 123,195 Wallets have been disqualified; currently, there are 80,000 Wallets that have not been allocated due to not bridging and associating their Mainnet Wallet Address; as a reward for discovering and reporting machine-related activities, 1,066,480 OM, 29 community members were allocated 106,648 OM for providing high-quality and effective witch reports; to ensure that legitimate participants receive their GenDrop allocation, self-reports that cannot be reliably verified for accuracy have been invalidated; therefore, according to the proposal, 26,942,144 OM will be set aside for destruction. A governance proposal will be shared next, where the community can vote on the future of these OM tokens. Earlier in December last year, MANTRA's new proposal suggested updating the OM token economics, including reducing the on-chain inflation rate to 3%.
