Recently, I truly realized that "losses are noisier than gains": when I make money, I only think "Hmm, not bad," but when I lose, my mind automatically starts replaying every step, even brushing my teeth before bed, calculating "What if I had less position at that time...". To put it simply, the loss feels like it’s stuck in my throat; even though it hasn't been realized yet, my emotions treat it as an actual loss.

I even considered quitting directly, or uninstalling the on-chain data tools to avoid becoming more anxious the more I looked at them. But after calming down, I checked my own chart: for the same fluctuation, I give roughly two to three times the "psychological weight" to losses compared to gains, no wonder I can't sleep. Recently, I also saw someone complain about the lag in the tagging system, or even being misled by it, which made me a bit shaky... In the end, I set a rule for myself: tools are only for assistance, decision-making relies on preset exit points, otherwise I’ll be led by emotions. Let’s leave it at that for now, and review again tomorrow.
