Just now I was browsing the group, seeing a dozen messages like "Testnet rapid冲" "Points about to take off," paired with a KOL saying "Mainnet likely to issue tokens," and my hand started to itch. Later, I forcibly switched to on-chain data to check the fund flow: lively as it is, the actual inflow of real money isn't as fierce as imagined, more like people lining up for emotional tickets. To put it plainly, impulsively buying and selling is something no one should blame you for; whether it's the group or KOLs, they're just helping to reflect your greed and fear more brightly on the mirror ball. Anyway, my current approach is: when I see guesses like "Will there be a token issuance," I put it aside first, wait for the data to catch up before making a decision; otherwise, it's just paying tuition for information overload.
