Here's a conclusion: nowadays, in this society, middle-aged workers are the heaviest burden and under the greatest pressure.

Older workers retire smoothly, collect their pensions, dance in the square every day, take walks, drink tea, and live comfortably.
Young workers have no financial pressure, enjoy trendy milk teas and toys, and are completely carefree.
Only middle-aged workers have elderly parents above and children below, and also face risks of property devaluation, income decline, and even layoffs or unemployment.
I've talked to many bosses, and the easiest group to handle in the company is middle-aged workers.
Young workers need to be coaxed, and if they’re slightly dissatisfied, they slam the table and walk out, directly firing the boss.
Only middle-aged workers need to support their families; even if they are scolded by leaders or feel wronged, they can only grit their teeth and endure.
At home, sometimes their wives don’t understand and want to trade stocks or cryptocurrencies to earn some extra money, but the market is full of risks, making it really difficult.
Salute to all middle-aged workers carrying heavy burdens forward!
