The Israeli military claims to have targeted multiple key facilities and senior personnel of Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The Central Television reporter has learned that on March 7 local time, the Israel Defense Forces announced that their military operations within Lebanon have made new progress, successfully striking multiple core facilities and high-ranking personnel of Hezbollah. In the early hours of March 7, the Israeli military completed a new round of strikes against southern Lebanon and the Beqaa Valley, destroying several rocket launchers, weapon depots, and other military facilities. On March 6, the Israeli military carried out strikes in the Majid al-Sar region of southern Lebanon, hitting two command centers of Hezbollah’s elite forces and killing several commanders of the unit. Israel stated that the commanders killed had recently been directly involved in planning and executing attacks against Israeli Defense Forces soldiers and civilians. The Israeli side emphasized that measures had been taken before the airstrikes to reduce civilian casualties, including issuing advance warnings, using precision-guided munitions, conducting aerial reconnaissance, and verifying intelligence.
