Xinhua News Agency, authorized on the 13th, published in full the “Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China.” The Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress voted on March 12 to adopt the resolution on the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, deciding to approve this plan outline.
