Rokid is rumored to go public in Hong Kong; the founder responds: completing the restructuring and going public are not directly related, focusing on new product development.

On April 8th, there was news that AI glasses company Rokid is preparing to submit a listing application in Hong Kong as early as the end of April. Rokid’s founder is Zhu Mingming (Misa), a graduate of Zhejiang University, who joined Alibaba in 2010 after his startup was acquired, and later founded Rokid in 2014. It is believed that in March of this year, Rokid completed a share reform and changed its name to Lingban Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. On the same day, Zhu Mingming responded to reporters that it was just a restructuring, not directly related to going public, and that they are currently focused on developing new products.
