While checking on-chain liquidations during my commute, I suddenly thought of the oracle price feeds... Honestly, you might think you're far from liquidation, but when there's a delay in the price feed, that "confirmation K" from the system hasn't arrived yet, and your position could already be considered at risk. Especially during those few minutes of rapid market turnarounds, watching two sets of prices on the exchange/on-chain can really mess with your mindset: I can still hold on, right? But the liquidation bot only recognizes the price it has received.
I'm feeling even more cautious now, opening smaller leverage, keeping a safer distance from the liquidation line, and preferring to earn less. Recently, hardware wallets have been out of stock, and phishing links are everywhere. It seems everyone's security awareness has improved, but the invisible pitfalls like liquidations are easier to overlook... For now, just wait patiently for a confirmation.
