Haimer Technology Announcement: Shareholder Dou Jianwen, holding more than 5% of shares, owns 38.6645 million shares of the company, accounting for 7.61%.
He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 9.6661 million shares, or no more than 1.90%, within three months after the announcement is disclosed, through centralized bidding and block trades.
