Shouchuang Futures: U.S.-Iran Ceasefire Weakens Inflation Expectations, Gold and Silver Rise Strongly

Previously, gold and silver prices continued to be under pressure amid expectations of escalating US-Iran conflict, but as this morning the US and Iran announced a two-week ceasefire, gold and silver surged strongly. The core suppression logic is falling oil prices → cooling inflation expectations → weakening rate hike expectations → weakening US dollar, falling US bond yields. However, due to short-term volatility, it is still recommended to stay cautious in operations; chasing gains at this time carries certain risks. (First Capital Futures)
