ME News Report, April 9th (UTC+8), BitMine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) officially announced its uplisting to the main board of the New York Stock Exchange, having ceased trading on NYSE American, and announced that the authorized share repurchase plan has been expanded from $1 billion to $4 billion. As of April 6, 2026, BitMine holds approximately 4.8M ETH, accounting for 3.98% of the total Ethereum supply, over 79% of its “Alchemy of 5%” target. The company’s total holdings of cryptocurrencies and cash are approximately $11.4 billion, with institutional investors including Cathie Wood of ARK, Pantera, Galaxy Digital, and others.
