The most counter-human thing about investing:

When the market is extremely fearful, you should buy.
When the market is extremely euphoric, you should sell.
It sounds obvious, but less than 5% actually do it.
Because when you're afraid, your body is telling you "Run fast,"
When you're euphoric, your body is telling you "Get on board quickly."
So, the ones who make money are always a minority.
