$AEHR Test Systems sets up $60M stock sale

AEHR Test Systems (AEHR) said it has entered into an agreement with William Blair & Company and Craig-Hallum Capital Group to sell up to $60M of its common stock through an at-the-market offering.
Under the agreement, the agents will sell shares from time to time, using standard trading practices and in line with market rules.
AEHR Test Systems (AEHR) fell 4% in premarket trade on Thursday.
