ME News Report, April 5th (UTC+8), the latest analysis from Brazil’s cryptocurrency exchange Mercado Bitcoin shows that within two months after major global crises, Bitcoin’s performance tends to outperform traditional safe-haven assets like gold. The study analyzed a 60-day window following economic or geopolitical shocks and found that Bitcoin’s returns during each period were higher than those of gold and the S&P 500 index. The analysis states that although Bitcoin is more volatile, it always rebounds quickly after a crisis and has been the best-performing asset over the past decade. (Source: PANews)
