Estun(002747.SZ): List of foreign-listed foreign shares (H shares) included in the Hong Kong Stock Connect eligible securities list

Gelonghui, April 7 — Estun (002747.SZ) announced that, according to the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Hong Kong-Shanghai Connect Business Implementation Measures" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Shenzhen-Hong Kong Connect Business Implementation Measures," Nanjing Estun Automation Co., Ltd.'s overseas listed foreign shares (referred to as "H-shares") will be included in the Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively referred to as "Stock Connect") securities list starting from April 8, 2026. After the company's H-shares are included in the Stock Connect securities list, eligible mainland Chinese investors will be able to directly invest in the company's H-shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges. This will help further expand the company's investor base and potentially increase the trading liquidity of its H-shares.

Gelonghui April 7丨Easton (002747.SZ) announced that, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Implementation Measures for Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect Business” and the “Implementation Measures for Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect Business” issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, respectively, the Company’s overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) of Nanjing Easton Automation Co., Ltd. (the “H Shares”) will be transferred, effective April 8, 2026, to the Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively referred to as “Hong Kong Stock Connect”) eligible securities under the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect frameworks.

After the Company’s H Shares are included in the Hong Kong Stock Connect eligible securities list, eligible Mainland China investors will be able to invest directly in the Company’s H Shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This will help further expand the Company’s investor base and may potentially increase the trading liquidity of the Company’s H Shares.
