Xianle Health responds to "YouSiYi" investigation: does not participate in sales promotion, has no related connections, and this is an isolated brand marketing issue.
Red Star Capital Bureau April 7 news: In the early hours of the 7th, the domestic contract manufacturer for the “Australia U-Sure Benefit” product, Xianle Health (300791.SZ), released a self-check situation statement.
“The current self-check situation is as follows: The food export order business previously carried out by Xianle Health in cooperation with the Australian enterprise ‘YARRA VIBE PTY LTD’ was organized for production and completed export delivery by Xianle Health in accordance with the contract; Xianle Health does not participate in the product sales, promotion, or marketing stages of this Australian client, nor has it granted any authorization for the relevant conduct. There is no relationship of affiliation, control, or any other interest between Xianle Health and Guangzhou Yara Yuan Health Industrial Co., Ltd.” the statement said.
Xianle Health said the current incident is an issue related to individual brand marketing and does not involve systemic risks in the manufacturing and production process. The company’s quality management system, compliance capabilities, and delivery capabilities remain stable.
On the morning of April 7, in response to questions including background verification of the cooperation party and whether there are other contract-manufactured products it works on, Red Star Capital Bureau called Xianle Health’s office for the board secretary and also sent an interview request. As of the time of this report, it had not received a response.
On April 1, according to a report by CCTV News, the “Australia” identity of the “Australia U-Sure Benefit” lutein eye-care product recommended by multiple celebrities remained unclear. The product fabricated overseas production locations and forged brand backgrounds. The so-called Melbourne factory is actually an auto repair shop. The product itself is contract manufactured domestically, and the domestic contract manufacturer is Xianle Health Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. The official website of U-Sure Benefit shows that in China, its operator is Guangzhou Yara Yuan Health Industrial Co., Ltd.
In response, Australia U-Sure Benefit issued a statement saying that the Melbourne address in the CCTV report mentioned the registered address of the brand holder YARRA VIBE PTY LTD. At present, the office address of U-Sure Benefit in Australia is in the process of being changed. The brand owner will sublease its own premises to an auto repair shop.
Red Star Capital Bureau noted that Xianle Health Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xianle Health.
According to publicly available information, Xianle Health has seven production bases and five R&D centers in China, Europe, and the United States, providing product development and production services for many nutrition and health food enterprises worldwide. Its business covers health products, functional foods, and special dietary foods.
In the first half of 2025, Xianle Health’s revenue was RMB 2.04 billion, of which overseas markets accounted for 60%.
Xianle Health’s 2025 performance forecast shows that its net profit in 2025 is approximately RMB 101 million to RMB 151 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of about 53% to 69%.
