NASDAQ AND E-MINI S&P 500 ANALYSIS ๐๐
NASDAQ and E-mini S&P are trading at a high bullish volatility right now, after fragile recovery structure from a selloff.
Key S&P support sits around 6520โ6600,with resistance at 6640โ6700 a break above confirms continuation, just as we are seeing right now. a failure would have invited another liquidity sweep lower.
My pov is that Smart money flow has been defensive but selective institutions rotated into AI/semiconductor names while hedging broader exposure due to geopolitical risk and inflation pressure.
Fundamentally, I think the market is being driven by oil shocks,Fed rate expectations,and bond yields. Elevated inflation risk is delaying rate cuts,limiting upside momentum which is no longer a problem because we can see a clear bullish run being formed.
I am anticipating a short-term bullish if resistance breaks, but overall structure suggests range bound accumulation before a decisive macro-driven move.
