April 8, Sunong Bank issued an announcement saying that recently, the bank received 《Suzhou Financial Regulatory Branch Approval on Wang Liang’s Qualification for Appointment as Director of Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank》（Suzhou Jin Fu〔2026〕44）and 《Suzhou Financial Regulatory Branch Approval on Wang Liang’s Qualification for Appointment as President of Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank》（Suzhou Jin Fu〔2026〕45）。The appointment qualifications of Wang Liang as the bank’s director and president have been approved.
