Inner Mongolia: Develop and implement a batch of industry-specific large models by 2028

The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Government issued the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 'Artificial Intelligence+' Action Implementation Plan (2026–2028)." The plan proposes that by 2028, the integration and innovation level of artificial intelligence across various fields will be significantly enhanced. The adoption rate of the new generation of intelligent terminals and intelligent agents in key industries and people's livelihood sectors will not be lower than the national average. A batch of industry-specific large models will be developed and implemented, with more than six industry large models cultivated to reach domestically leading levels. A number of typical application scenarios and solutions will be formed, and an artificial intelligence public service platform serving the entire region will be established to provide core support for the intelligent transformation of advantageous industries.
