[Company Information]

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation designs, develops, and sells programmable logic products and related software. The company was incorporated in Oregon in 1983 and re-incorporated in Delaware in 1985. Programmable logic products are widely used in semiconductor components and can be configured with the specific logic circuitry of end customers, enabling shorter design cycles and lower development costs. The company’s end customers primarily include original equipment manufacturers in the communications, computing, consumer, industrial, military, automotive, and medical end-market sectors.

The company does not produce silicon wafers itself. Several large semiconductor producers in Asia maintain strategic partnerships with the company and supply silicon wafers to it. In addition, all of the company’s assembly activities and most of its testing activities are provided by suppliers outside Asia. The company performs specific test operations as well as internal reliability and quality assurance processes.
