Beibu Gulf Port: After the Pinglu Canal becomes operational, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operations.

On April 7, the Beibu Gulf Port said on an interactive platform that, after the Pinglu Canal is opened to navigation, it will significantly enhance the transportation capacity and efficiency of the Western Land-Sea New Corridor. This will help inland cargo sources shift more of their outbound shipments to the Beibu Gulf Port, and the company expects this to have a positive impact on its operations. At the same time, to adapt to changes in the transportation landscape brought about by the canal’s opening, the company is actively improving supporting engineering facilities, planning in advance the port layout and implementation plan for inland-waterway and ocean shipping intermodal transport, and actively marketing to attract inland cargo to be shipped to the Beibu Gulf Port via the Pinglu Canal.
