During the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference, SoftTn Dynamics (301236) and Qingwei Intelligent officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides will carry out comprehensive cooperation around the construction and operation of intelligent computing data centers, large-scale deployment of domestically produced computing power chips, and the rollout of industry AI application scenarios, jointly building a full-chain industry ecosystem of “chips + solutions + scenarios.”

Previously, SoftTn Dynamics had made a strategic investment in Qingwei Intelligent. This signing will further strengthen the company’s end-to-end, independently controllable full-stack capabilities in “computing power — models — terminals,” laying a solid domestically produced computing power foundation for large-scale enterprise-level AI deployment.

According to publicly available information, Qingwei Intelligent is a leading domestic reconfigurable dataflow AI chip (RPU) company. It has already mass-produced two major chip series, TX5 and TX8. Its cumulative shipments exceed 30 million units. It is also the only newly designed-architecture computing-power chip company invested in by the National Big Fund. Its RPU architecture can dynamically reorganize hardware resources, striking a balance between generality and efficiency; overall costs are reduced by 50%, and the energy-efficiency ratio is increased by 3 times. It has already enabled large-scale, card-level deployment across multiple intelligent computing data centers.

As an important industrial investment party of Qingwei Intelligent, through this strategic cooperation, SoftTn Dynamics will upgrade capital synergy into a deep linkage of “technology + products + scenarios.” At the chip layer, the company will fully introduce Qingwei RPU computing cards, adapt them to intelligent computing data centers such as Huailai, Pingtan, and Guangzhou Huangpu, and build a domestically produced heterogeneous computing-power cluster. At the platform layer, it will deeply integrate with DenovoX Tianyuan intelligent computing platform and Tianxuan MaaS to achieve unified scheduling and efficient training/inference for the RPU cluster. At the scenario layer: focusing on manufacturing, energy, finance, government affairs, and other fields, it will jointly build an integrated delivery capability of “RPU + AI Factory + industry solutions.”

Currently, SoftTn Dynamics is accelerating the buildout of a full-stack computing-power layout with “cloud — edge — terminals” coordination. This cooperation with Qingwei Intelligent will significantly enhance the level of independent, controllable performance in upstream chips.

On the cloud-side intelligent computing front, leveraging Qingwei RPU’s high compute power and low power-consumption characteristics, it will upgrade intelligent computing data centers such as Huailai and Pingtan, connect to the National Computing Power Internet, and form a “Ascend + RPU” multi-dimensional heterogeneous computing-power foundation to support large-model training and inference. On the edge-side deployment front, the company will integrate the Qingwei TX5 series edge chips into terminals such as a lobster all-in-one unit and industrial inspection robots, improving on-device AI processing efficiency, reducing reliance on the cloud, and lowering data security risks. On the scheduling optimization front, through the Tianyuan intelligent computing platform, it will enable hybrid scheduling of RPU and chips such as Kunpeng and Ascend, maximizing computing power utilization and providing more efficient computing-power support for the RuiDong platform and AI Factory.

With this ecosystem upgrade, both parties will promote large-scale application of domestically produced computing power by advancing “intelligent computing data center construction + industry solution delivery + terminal product adaptation.” Targeting fields such as high-end manufacturing, energy and electricity, and smart government affairs, they will launch the joint solutions of RPU + AI Factory to address the pain points of enterprise AI deployment—“compute power is expensive, deployment is difficult, and security is weak.”

A relevant person in charge at SoftTn Dynamics said that deep cooperation with Qingwei Intelligent is a key component of the company’s full-stack AI strategy. By locking in upstream core computing-power chips and combining its own RuiDong platform, AI Factory, and terminal manufacturing capabilities, the company will form a more complete independently controllable AI ecosystem. In the future, the company will continue to deepen the layout of “computational intelligence + scenario intelligence + terminal intelligence,” helping drive intelligent transformation across thousands of industries with its full-stack advantages.
