1. The government continues to implement refined oil price regulation. After adjustment, 92-octane gasoline increases by 0.33 yuan per liter, a decrease of 0.31 yuan; No. 0 diesel increases by 0.34 yuan per liter, a decrease of 0.32 yuan.
2. State Administration for Market Regulation: Rectify issues such as irregular water, electricity, and gas charges for residents, and urge relevant companies to refund approximately 301 million yuan in total.
