Gao Peng stepped down as the legal representative and chairman, with Liu Zuxiong taking over. The company was established in November 1992, with registered capital of RMB 2.0 billion. Its business scope includes construction project contracting, engineering management services, and engineering and technology research and experimental development. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by China Three Gorges Corporation.
