CoinWorld News reports that AVAX One Technology announced the advancement of its AI infrastructure strategy, planning to build a 10MW AI/HPC microgrid data center in Alberta, Canada. The company has signed a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) plan, positioning the project as one of the first dedicated AI computing facilities in the region. The project leverages low-cost energy (approximately $0.04/kWh) and adopts a microgrid model, focusing on low-cost, highly scalable AI computing power to meet the growing demand for high-performance computing and artificial intelligence. Additionally, the company announced the purchase of 220 Bitcoin miners (Bitmain S21 Pro) to increase computing capacity, serving as a transitional cash flow source before the AI data center becomes operational, enabling a dual-track layout of mining and AI computing power.
